Here's the whole story
I was starting my real estate company, i would go into people's homes, give them a presentation, not get the listing and leave it at that. Always try to learn from your experiences. Now if i dont get a the listing i will call the owner, thank them again for their time, and ask if there was an area i could improve upon...then hope like hell the listing expires and they call me back lol
