force yourself to sit down and really look at if you can get past it and HOW, if you can

Here's the whole story

There were many red flags when I was running a start up, but it was so easy to think that it wasn't a problem at the moment and there were bigger and more current problems to worry about. But they were the biggest problems, and it would have been better in the end if I had thought it out earlier. Either I would have gotten out before all the frustrations, or we it could have gotten worked out.

(That being said, I'm glad I made the mistake, as I have grown so much because of it. I just wouldn't choose to do it again. :-p It was probably the best and worst mistake I've made.)
