Here's the whole story
A few days ago, I overheard someone talking to my boss about another employee that I find attractive. For the record, this guy (who we'll call "John") is in his twenties and married... cute, but definitely in the friend zone.
Anyway, I had a bunch of windows open on iChat and clicked on what I thought was my coworker's screen name and wrote, "Mmmmmmm John." I was expecting an LOL or some kind of response from my comment but got nothing, so I figured he was busy. A few minutes later my boss IM's me and says, "You like John?"
It took my brain a few seconds to make the connection between my boss' screen name and the question in the chat window. I went from Oh, shit to F*ck, did I really just do that?! to Great. How do I play this off?? I made a half-ass attempt to go around the topic but my boss is pretty cool and dropped it after a few minutes of embarrassing laughter at my expense.

I have the same problem with text messages. Whats worse is when you see it messaging and it takes a few seconds but there is no way to stop it.

Joanna, you should download this for you ichat (http://www.ksuther.com/chax/) it will let you use just one IM window with taps at the bottom like firefox you IM Ho!!!! get with the program and follow your asian heritage by staying up with the technology!!! haha

My coworker and I were actually talking about finding a program that has tabs for chatting. Good looking out, Levi. Thanks to technology, I can be a part of your Asian bashing despite the 3k mile difference!
WC sent me a booty call text message the other night.. lucking I was with my girlfriend or I probably would have ended up going over to his place around 11:30pm and we all know what happens then!
