So, long story short...

Mike made the mistake of

never wearing good foot support

My Advice to You is

Even if you love wearing flip-flops, put some shoes on every now and then

Here's the whole story

All through High School and College, i wore flip-flops just about everyday. Even at College, when i would have to walk a mile to each class or when i would walk to and from the stadium from my apartment, i was always wearing sandals.
Fast-forward to about 9 months ago, i start having alot of foot problems. Though some problems were not directly linked to wearing sandals all the time, The Doctor did say that the lack of supportive foot wear through the years has done considerable damage to my feet. I now spend the extra buck for the good work-boots, because anything else makes me want to cut off my feet.
You never really think about taking care of your feet until you get to the point where you cant walk. Another thing to make sure of is that you are wearing the right shoe width. I never would have guessed that this would make such a big difference, but it damn sure does.

I'd say use some of those Dr. Schols things but that would be supporting those "gellin'" guys. I seriously want to slap each of those people with a gel pad.

I feel ya Beeker... I am having the hardest time finding any shoe support my feet comfortably for 14 hours a day. Effing shoes.

Worse off being a female...a short female that must dress professionally.
