Edgar Vergara’s Story

So, long story short...

While Edgar Vergara was getting my backpack

Edgar Vergara made the mistake of

locking my keys in the trunk of the car

My Advice to You is

if you have keyless entry, unlock your doors when accessing your trunk

Here's the whole story

Thanks to the invention of keyless entry, nowadays people hardly ever lock their keys in their car. But what if you are just getting something out of your trunk? Having your doors locked leaves you susceptible to trapping your keys in the car (at least if you're dumb like me and set them down in the trunk while you gather your stuff). In an effort to prevent from having to get my roommate to bring me my spare key again, I now unlock my doors even if I'm just getting something out of the trunk.

Dude. I did this in the middle of a car show. Nothing more embarrasing than having a pick-a-lock guy drive up while everyone watches him unlock your car.

Ha! You've lost your keys, too. :)

I did that the other day at school, and one of the campus police officers came to help me. BUT while trying to get the door unlocked (because apparently they can't open trunks, wtf?) he broke the inside door handle. Now to get out, I have to roll the window down and open it from the outside. Pretty gay.
