plan ahead, you'll get less lectures from your girlfriend
Here's the whole story
So it was Valentine’s Day. The day that every man dreads and the day that every woman expects to be treated like a princess. After procrastinating, I naively decided on V-Day to take my girlfriend out to a new fancy restaurant without making any reservations. Hopefully at this point, most guys already know that this was a big mistake. After my girlfriend and I got all sexed up and reached the restaurant, I had one of those “Oh Sh*t” moments where your stomach drops, after I approached the hostess. It turns out that the wait for a table was over three hours! After hearing from my girlfriend how bad I screwed up, we decided to stay, and waited outside the restaurant since the lobby was full. It was about fives minutes into waiting outside that it started to pour rain. Once again, I heard from my girlfriend how bad I screwed up. We never made it the three hours and we ended up eating at an American Café in our wet clothes. Nothing like fried cheese sticks on Valentine’s Day!

ah man. i don't know what's worse, waiting in the rain or having to eat at American Cafe.
As a chick I gotta say that we all know, or should by now, that guys are generally unprepared. (here come the rants!!!!) However, I do NOT think that bringing up a mistake after you made the effort was a good move.
I think you had the best of intentions and really wanted to have a nice time out, it just didn't work out in your favor. BIG DEAL! I don't know what else to tell you, other than homegirl needs a chill pill! At least you were together.
Edgar do you need lessons on how to treat a lady? I'm only a phone call away point guard.
Usually I'd say Chris is full of shiiiiiit, but I've gotta give it to him, he owned Valentine's Day.
