So, long story short...

While Walt was In Primary School

Walt made the mistake of

Chopping My Index Finger Off

My Advice to You is

DON'T Chop your Index Finger Off

Here's the whole story

When I was in junior kindergarden, a little girl chopped my finger off by accident, and it hurt like a Bitch. (All she did was lift the wagon handle, and my finger was guillotined.)

So my advice: Keep your finger out of the razor-sharp hinge on little red wagons. Also, more advice: Just because it's a child's toy on a school playground doesn't mean it's safe.

I've had a friend cut off part of his finger while working at a hardware store. He duct taped it back on and proceeded to finish his shift before he went to the hospital.

Crazyness.

Wait, they have junior kindergarden? I'm guessing that it's pretty much pre-school. That is a pretty tramautizing thing to have happen to a little kid. If it were today, you would have 20 volunteer ambulance chasing lawyers ready to sue the wagon manufacturer.
