Dennis Eusebio’s Story

So, long story short...
While Dennis Eusebio was Working on Only Human
Dennis Eusebio made the mistake of
letting my health go to crap
My Advice to You is
no matter how busy you are, take the time to eat a relatively healthy diet and try to get in some kind of physical activity
Here's the whole story
Its tough when you run a startup. There never seems to be enough time to eat right and detach yourself from your computer. I pretty much went for months on end eating horribly and not excercising at all and it took a toll on me.
I'd feel tired and sick a lot, I'd get winded after climbing only 3 sets of stairs, etc etc. I was just a mess.
Now, I've finally started to consciously watch what I eat, drink a ton of water and attempt small amounts of physical activity and finally I'm starting to feel like myself again.
It also helps if your business partner is a health and fitness encyclopedia.

Can we have an example of "small amounts of physical activity"? Bowling doesn't count.
I'm waiting for the "before and after" pic
ahhh...bowling doesn't count. dude i work hard for that 90pt high score.
you could be my bailey's buddy!
You got a Digital camera, right Dennis? Get out and take some photos around the city or something. While you are shooting, you will not notice the fact that you are walking everywhere and hour or so will fly by. Because I live in Washington, I have access to all kinds of trails and parks. Maybe there is something in your similar in your area.
Could you imagine a jacked Dennis??
I still don't understand how Dennis weighs 25 pounds less than me.
it also doesnt help when you one of your co-workers insists on eating burritos everyday!!!!
You could move to Europe, also. You eat a lot less because you can't understand the menu and you walk everywhere because the Subways and Taxi drivers are confusing as hell!
Lately if I must eat fast food, I'll eat Subway. They have like 8 subs that are under 6 grams of fat, so you have options. I've also stopped requesting mayo on my subs.
I discovered I was drinking about a gallon of water everyday (4 of those 32ounce big cups). I was just doing it to try it, but now I'm hooked on water. I like it more than some pop. I also started walking to clear my mind or to come up with story ideas. I found myself walking 1-2 hours. All the above I started slowly and then it just increased and increased.
