So, long story short...

While Edgar Vergara was flying on a plane

Edgar Vergara made the mistake of

getting a seat in front of the emergency exit

My Advice to You is

sit somewhere else if you want to be comfortable

Here's the whole story

I've been on about ten planes the past year, but I just learned something new. When choosing the seats on my last plane flight, I made the bonehead mistake of choosing the ones in front of the emergency exit. My reasoning at the time for this decision was that I would be able to recline without having to worry about making the person behind me uncomfortable. As a result, I was extremely uncomfortable on a five hour flight after learning the hard way that the row in front of the emergency exit can’t recline!

My view on that is, recline, and if the person behind you is uncomfortable, they can recline to.

Unless you're in first class, you should try to sit IN the emergency exit row because these have the most leg room

from a bigger guys stand point on a plane, if someone reclines on me im pretty much screwed from using the tray comfortably, and usually feel like going..."Hey man, did that three inches of recline really send you into hibernation? haha.

Also, you have so many more responsibilities in case the plane crashes... I never pay attention to those attendants, do you?
