So, long story short...
While WholeWideWorld was backpacking Europe

if you've ever wanted to, do them in the 'dam
Here's the whole story
If you've ever had the desire, and I did, to do some psychedelic fungi Amsterdam is probably the best place to do it. Since they're legal, it's very controlled and they come in a clean little package with cute hippie colors on it instead of a dirty ziplock from a sketchy college kid like in the states. The shops there will even explain what kind of high you get from each different variety.
I never did it while I was there, mostly because my friend wouldn't join me in the trip, and I regret it to this day.

Wow, if I had the cash to go to Amsterdam, I would definitely be doing shrooms right now. So much for peer pressure.... Next time, do what your heart tells you, not what your friends do.
Pretty sure that if I was in Amsterdam, for an extended stay, I'd do EVERYTHING.
