So, long story short...

While Dennis Eusebio was Running a Startup

Dennis Eusebio made the mistake of

making major changes in the 11th hour

My Advice to You is

take time to make the big sweeping changes early in the game

Here's the whole story

Last minute changes to your site days for its release are just asking for trouble. Things break, things will go wrong, so why put additional pressure on a launch when it can be avoided.

So my suggestion would be to get your setup working and in order a good week before you launch. Then make it a point to only do visual and copy changes from that point on unless its absolutely neccessary.

And most importantly, surround yourself with competent people who can handle the stress and get things done. I thank everyone that's helped with making things happen at the last minute.
