So we're going through beta testing and we're noticing that a good half of the people signing up for the site are not getting their email verifications. Now I knew in the back of my mind, that its not a 100% given that your emails will get through spam filters, but 50%?? So after some research and some tweaking, we did all we could to follow guidelines and tweak the server so that we could have a higher percentage. We also solidified the process of resending the confirmation email just in case to cover our bases.

Nothing worse than actually taking the time to sign up for a community and not being able to use it.

I didnt get a confirmation email either...however it didnt stop me loggin in or posting...so although the site said we would get the email, it didnt hold me back
