So, long story short...

While anonymous was weight training for volleyball

anonymous made the mistake of

working the same muscle group for too long

My Advice to You is

train different muscle groups for short periods of time

There are tons of issues with overtraining and focusing on limited muscle groups. Your entire body benefits when you work out all the moving parts.
