My Advice to You is
don't start cutting people's hair at a party
Here's the whole story
I actually didn't get in as much trouble as you should when you start cutting hair at a party. The scissors used were those little left handed ones with the blue handles that are way too small for anyone to ever use.
I had a few drinks, was getting a little anxious for the ball to drop and decided it would be a fun game to walk around and cut some hair of some people I didn't know. It started with my friend nate (whom had curly golden locks at the time), but then it went into an uncontrollable rampage of snipping/cutting. It wasn't just little bits off the back either, some drunkards got a 1/4 of a haircut that night. I bet I cut 10 people's hair before the end of 2005.
I did get quite a few punches from guys and a couple "hey, don't do that to her!!" from the ladies.

Should've used safety scissors. You know the ones that can't even cut paper. Frickin' cheap elementry schools of my childhood!
