So, long story short...

While Sonia Noemi was everywhere

Sonia Noemi made the mistake of

being myself. :-(

My Advice to You is

Take people for who they are, their actions, and see how they fit in to who you are. Don't expect anyone to change for you, and try to act onto others as you would like them to act unto you. ;-)

Here's the whole story

Well, in my case, people just don't seem to realize what a gem they have in me, until it is way too late, and I am gone from their lives. This goes for jobs as well as relationships [friends, lovers, etc.] I am a very honest and straightforward person, I know what I want and don't want and will narrow my choices based on that. I hate lies!

Well, this is often not received positively and a lot of people get turned off by it. But, once I say bye, it's like all of these realizations come to them about me when I was always the same person all along.

Know what I mean???

Why change for people if you don't expect them to change for you? I'm in the camp of knowing within 5 minutes of meeting someone if they are worth my time or not. And I know that it's a 2-way street in that regard. But being this way is why I know that the people I surround myself with are the greatest people in the world.

I agree that if you are going to be completely happy, you need to surround yourself with people you are comfortable with.
