So, long story short...
While florence was Living On My Own
florence made the mistake of
underestimating the value of alone time.
My Advice to You is
Be aware of the affect of alone time and social time on your state of well-being.

I agree. We all need to interact with other people because were social beings. But we also need our alone time. Checking to see how much alone time and social time you require is a good idea.
