So, long story short...
While anonymous was nearing the end of a two year long relationship.
anonymous made the mistake of
trying to force a relationship that wasn't there.
My Advice to You is
that if after nearly two years you realize that you still don't really have much in common and get irritated easily while in the others company, call it quits before it gets ugly.
Here's the whole story
Basically, I was with this girl for almost two years and towards the end I think we both came to the conclusion that we weren't meant to spend the rest of our lives together and instead of ending it on a good note and being left with the happy, fun memories, we stayed together, trying to change eachother into people that we weren't and in the end, it got ugly and almost 3 and 1/2 years later, we still don't speak to each other.

Sometimes people just get comfortable. They stay together just because they've been together for so long.
tough lesson to learn.
I can relate to this - not sure if I'll write a story on it.

It's hard to end something in which you've invested so much time and emotion.
