saying that my truck can tow a trailer

My Advice to You is

i need help on this one please!!

Here's the whole story

okay this is more of a question than anything. my girl is moving with her sister in aug. to go live up in washington and there isn't much i can do to keep that from happening. she asked me the other day if we could use my truck to move her stuff up there because she dosen't have anything that can pull a trailer. what should i do. she told me to think about it for awhile and i haven't got an idea what to do. would it be a good idea or what?

pay for her to rent a one-way uhaul.. girls driving SUV's are bad enough, let alone and SUV with a trailer attached to it!

I'm assuming that you would drive her up there, so the 'girl driving an SUV' is a non-issue. Are you asking if you should help her even though you don't want her to leave?

To answer your question- if you want to preserve the relationship or end it on good terms, it's a good idea to help. It's not fair to hold it against her.

If you break up with her before August, you'll be in the clear.

If she's leaving and you don't want her to, tell her to rent a U-Haul. I don't know how far away she's moving from where you live but it seems obvious she's ending the relationship so why should you have to help her? Btw, this comment is from a girl. Fair is fair.
