jason sadler’s Story

So, long story short...
jason sadler made the mistake of
trusting a "nice" sales manager and being a courteous customer
My Advice to You is
somehow you will always get screwed in the end by these companies, so make a big stink from the beginning
Here's the whole story
I spent well over $3000.00 furnishing my house with Bo Concept furniture. One of the items was a 1 1/2 foot by 1 1/2 foot square ottoman. I ordered a matching sofa chair and was told these two items would be 3-4 months to build. After 4 months, the chair (a complicated and shapely piece of furniture) arrived in the correct material and within the allotted time frame.
11 months later, the ottoman makes it's way to the store, not only well past the complicated chair in the same material but also a NEW material that doesn't even match!!!??
During this 11 month waiting period the sales manager was kind enough to offer a temporary ottoman to use (which I didn't need but accepted). When my ottoman arrived I did not return the loaner ottoman because I figured I had a little leeway on time and could return it at my convenience - boy was I wrong.
The sales manager made one phone call attempt to have the ottoman returned and then charged my credit card for the loaner ottoman. Not only did he not say he was going to charge my card when he loaned me the ottoman, he also didn't say so in his message regarding the return of said ottoman.
I have gone to the corporate office and will be contacting the BBB (better business bureau). I am going to get a refund, but the point is that my credit card was charged unlawfully for something I didn't even want. So don't trust sales managers at furniture stores and sure as hell make a bigger stink about things not being done timely (or correct) fashion.

Nice sales people SUCKS. If they are not it's because they are not good in what they do. They try to hide their dumbness behind a smile.
Dennis if you are reading this, this is a PERFECT example of where a story "relation" would come into play. I could easily link my story to Lui's story about Tom Bush!
