Here's the whole story
I have worked hospitality since I could sign my name for a bank account. I often have to make judgement calls as to how to address people by their looks. But what if they are a woman, but quite obviously want to be a man. I have often tapped a man with short hair and a plaid shirt on the back and said 'excuse me sir...'' so when they turn to me and quite obviously have breasts I choke. But are they actually quite happy with this assumption? i am puzzled. If you are a woman with short hair and plaid or know the answer to my question of what is accepted or a good cover up other than coughing and pretending it came out wrong, let me know. What if they are not into the whole thing and are just manly in appearance, man, this one sucks.

I think this goes with the - don't guess if a woman is pregnant question. You need to either know or just let it slide, otherwise you can get yourself slapped.
