So, long story short...

While Edgar Vergara was replacing a bathroom faucet

Edgar Vergara made the mistake of

not checking the parts for the right sizes

My Advice to You is

make a grocery list to avoid multiple trips

Here's the whole story

Anyone who has ever tried to do a handyman or mechanic job has inevitably said the words, "crap it doesn't fit" or "I'm missing something." This is usually followed by a trip to the store only to repeat the process about an hour later. In an effort to reduce carbon credits or just plain avoid such an annoyance, I suggest to make a throrough checklist of all the parts needed and the right sizes before making the first trip. This might involve having to take the old part out first, but how else will you truly know what you need?

The hard part is getting the list right the first time.
