So, long story short...
While Lisa was driving
Lisa made the mistake of
opening my thermos without releasing the pressure
My Advice to You is
make sure you let steam escape before opening a hot thermos drink
Here's the whole story
I bought a new thermos with a straw attachment. Nifty thing, only I forgot that steam needs to escape somewhere...
I opened my hot cocoa, only to have it squirt in my face, my white coat, and my hair while driving to work. Make sure you open the lid before popping the top open to release steam.
Also, keeps spare shirts in your car if you're as prone to accidents as I am.
