So, long story short...
While anonymous was renting my first home
anonymous made the mistake of
storing all my photos and boxes of other belongings in the half celler
My Advice to You is
Half cellers are not dry and will ruin everything with mold & moisture.

My mom had that happen when i was young. She had all of her old pictures stored in a box in an old closet. A leak developed in the roof that nobody saw and puddled on the floor. All of the pictures were ruined. If you have pictures stored away somewhere, definately keep them off of the the ground.
