So, long story short...

While Dennis Eusebio was Living On My Own

Dennis Eusebio made the mistake of

eating out constantly

My Advice to You is

learn how to cook

Here's the whole story

For some reason I have yet to expand my cooking abilities beyond chicken and rice. Hell, I can't even cook Adobo and I'm Filipino.

[For Shameeee!]

So, when I actually sat down and broke down my budget for the month I noticed how much money I was wasting by eating out constantly. Now will this sway me from eating out so much? We'll have to see but its definitely something you should learn when you move out on your own.

I know how you feel. I was actually at the same place you were. I checked my budget and discovered I was wasting a ton a money. So I started grocery shopping. I now save a ton of money. My cooking isn't perfected yet, but it gets me through the weeks. I can also control how healthy I'm eating - when I ate out, I had no idea what was in the food. Now I can control it.

I still eat out, but I'm in control, not my stomach or my lack of cooking for myself. And I've found that anybody can cook, just follow the directions. You'll mess up a few times but you soon get it and you'll love your own cooking.

I've been using allrecipies.com for somethings. Although my stuff never matches the pictures.

I still think we should create an app that is a world map with recipes from everywhere.

Eating out is a past time of mine, you just have to know what you are eating and try to keep it as healthy as possible. It helps to have mom close by to cook meals as well!

Most of the time I'm just too lazy to cook. When I do go to the grocery store, I buy fresh food for the whole week. Reinforced childhood habits prevent me from letting all the food go to waste. Therefore, I have to cook, and I end up saving money because of it.
