I think running at a constant pace is killing my results for Cardio. What's the best type of pace and routine for burning the most fat?

Two solid choices:
1. Walk at a 15% incline, 3-4 MPH, without holding on for 30-40 minutes. I will guess you can do this for 8-12 minutes the first time before you feel like death. If you keep up the hard work, this route really pays off.
2. High intensity interval running. Warm up for 3-5 minutes at a fast walk/slow jog. Run at 5 MPH for 1:30, Run at 7.5 MPH for 1:30, repeat 5 and 7.5. Do this for about 25 minutes.

I'll second the high intesity interval running. I think sprints do more for you in less time than normal running and you also build more muscle. Just look at track sprinters, those dudes are ripped.

i like the stationary bike. i've lost more weight on that than the elliptical. plus you can read if you get bored with just tunes. i'm not sure how it compares to running but i know a few people who have had good results also.
