So, long story short...

While Dennis Eusebio was working out

Dennis Eusebio made the mistake of

sticking to the same routine

My Advice to You is

vary up the resistence so that your body doesn't get used to things

Here's the whole story

I've hit the old plateau after working out for 3 months now. Not that I'm lifting ridiculous weights or anything but I've hit this imaginary wall that has prevented me from lifting anymore.

I decided to take cut back on the weights I was lifting and concentrated on form and doing more reps and its definitely made a difference.

You could alternate weekly between max weight and max reps. It should help you develop muscle that is more even. Of course Jason will have something to add to this.

Come learn from me Dennis. I have gotten bigger this year by a decent amount and have actually gone down in the amount of weight I lift throughout the course of it. You'll just have to deal with the way you felt those days after I walked you through my routine that one time.

As awful as a plateau sounds. at least you know you're improving.
