So, long story short...

While anonymous was breathing through my mouth

anonymous made the mistake of

making my asthma and blocked nose worse

My Advice to You is

hold your breath to free your nose and close your mouth.

Here's the whole story

After twenty years of chronic mouth breathing culminating in snoring, very severe asthma - I was able to unblock my nose in three minutes- try it yourself.

small breath in small breath out pinch nose with fingers and hold breath nod head up and down for asl long as you can until you really need air then let go and breathe through nose

repeat every thirty seconds until nose is completely free. It is like magic

I stumbled across a book called Close Your MOuth and practised just that.

i've learned from this by reading it, but feel I might suffocate myself if I try.. too many steps.

Honestly can say I've never heard of this but if it works I'll be pretty damn happy. I end up getting stuffed up many times a year.
