Joanna’s Story

So, long story short...
Joanna made the mistake of
not stocking up on Airborne
My Advice to You is
load up on it before you travel
Here's the whole story
You'd think I'd have learned this lesson the last time I flew to the east coast...
Anywho, I started eating healthier and exercising regularly a few months ago and though my body's defenses were in tip top shape - it had been over a year since I caught a cold. But being stuck on a plane for 4+ hours with people coughing and sneezing AND having those germs recirculate through the air wreaked havoc on my immune system. A week of my own coughing and sneezing and I swore to stock up on Airborne before my next trip.
Fast forward a month later and I apparently didn't take enough of it. I feel like I swallowed sand paper. I recommend loading up on Airborne 2 weeks prior to travel as well as during the trip.

I'm brewing up a cold right now, hoping I can drop it before flying to Boston on thursday! Took some airborne this morning and I will be stocking up after work.
I absolutely HATE having a sore throat and running nose..
Flying tomorrow with Jason. Picking up some Airborne or snaking Jason's.
Aww, cute... traveling together now? That's a big step for you two.
p.s. Lemon Lime flavor is the best.
I've tried two generic versions and they both tasted even worse than the original.
Airborne is a bunch of vitamins and stuff in fizz to make you think you'll get better. I still take it in case it will magically boost my placebo effect. If you are over 5 and under 60 with a working immune system, all you can do with general colds is drink lots of water, get lots of rest, and treat the symptoms... unfortunately.
You've dashed my Airborne dreams, Debbie Downer... but thanks for the tip!
