So, long story short...

While W.C. was driving in the rain

W.C. made the mistake of

having a spare that was flat

My Advice to You is

check the air in the spare occasionally

Here's the whole story

Dennis and I were meeting up some people for dinner this past night, and for those of you not in Jacksonville, its been raining nonstop for the past week. We were heading towards the beach and it turned out that parts of the road were flooded. Well I ended up in this pretty deep puddle and the car next to me wasn’t allowing me over, so I decided to just continue driving through it so I wouldn’t flood the car. There also happened to be a pretty sizeable pot whole, that when I hit it, I knew something was going to be jacked up with the car. When we came out of the “puddle” the car definitely had a flat. We pulled over to the change the tire, and if changing a tire in the rain wasn’t bad enough, it turned out my spare was flat… I don’t know what I did, but karma was a bitch that night.

I feel your pain, wc. I never had a flat in the 7 years i had my truck so why check. but just like you, as soon as i put the spare on and tried to drive away, the tire came off the rim and i think some water came out. And too add to the drama, while waiting to be picked up, we witnessed a crash, and got tied up into the "Whos fault" Discussion with the cops, and two of the guys looked like they were from NWA. not good.

I'm no expert, but doesn't that defeat the purpose? J/K, at least it didn't flood.
