Entering "Cardholder's Name" into an online form with a business credit card

I have a credit card for my business and need to buy something online. My card keeps getting declined, and I think it's because of what I'm putting into the "Cardholder's name" field. On my card it had my company name and my name. I've tried each and both, but none seems to work. Any ideas?
