Here's the whole story

So im a real estate agent. My first couple of years i thought i was doing well, getting deals done, buying, selling...etc. I new i was doing better than average...but what does that really mean, i think the average real estate agent makes about $13,000 a year....yes $13,000.

I didnt know where i stood, i worked in my business, not ON my business, i owned a job. I didnt exactly know where i was, i didnt know where i was going, and i definatly didnt know what i did to get where i was. I read a book called "The E-Myth" (very good) and it sort of opened my eyes to my lack of direction.

Long storey short, i joined a professional coaching program www.richardrobbins.com and i am now being coached and my business has a direction, i can predict my income, i feel secure in my business and i work ON my business, not for it.
