Be open minded and flexible and not afraid to change directions
Here's the whole story
During my first internet startup we had a great goal in mind at the beginning. We built the product, and people were using it, but not how we wanted. So instead of going with the flow and fueling the fire, we instead tried to force our users to do what we wanted.
In the end we missed out on some huge opportunities because were so stubborn.
