Here's the whole story
So Jason recommended the movie “Dead Ringers” to me and it’s a David Cronenberg film, so I was kind of expecting some gore. You may know Cronenberg from such films as Scanners or History of Violence. What I was not expecting to see was Jeremy Irons play the role of identical twins who become emotionally scarred over the course of the film. The two brothers share everything… home… practice… women. They start to have separation issues when one brother falls in love and wants to keep this experience to himself. The combination of their inability to cope and emotional instability eventually leads to drug use which also affects their work. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, they’re gynecologists and to make things worse, this is based on a true story. It was pretty uncomfortable to watch.
