Here's the whole story
These crafty casinos...
When you're playing at a table in Vegas you get your drinks for free. A middle-aged waitress usually appears and asks you what you want. You can order anything!
The catch is, you're gambling. So, this means as you're waiting for this sweet free inebriating concoction to arrive you could go in the hole. Let's say you're up about $200 in blackjack, and then you start losing...and losing...but you can't leave you're seat because you have a drink coming!
Of course the failed logic in this is that you've already made $100, so just buy a damned drink at the bar. Oh the human psyche, so unwilling to give up something for free.

Those damn casinos...
Or you can just hover by the tables as if you were playing and they'll serve you anyway. I've actually lost a ton at a craps table and left before the waitress came back so I wouldn't have to cough up extra money for tip. :)
i like to order a vodka tonic, hold the tonic. no wait, bring me a glass of tonic on the side. also, can you bring a Corona for my friend?
I just drink before I go to casinos. Is that a bad idea?
